Went to see Paul Blart: Mall Cop on 1/30/09 at 4:30 pm and something happened to the film and an individual from the theater finally entered the theather to let us know it would be a five minute wait - no apology for the inconvenience. The film then continued for another approximate 20 minutes and again the screen went blank. This time there was not even an acknowledgement from the staff of the problem and certainly not an apology. I do like the movie theater and the staff is great. It would be more fun though if it were a little warmer in the theaters.
